The Farm is open daily all year round from 10 am to 5 pm, with no admission fee. Another unique attraction for your kids is Franklin Children's Garden, inspired by Franklin Turtle of the beloved book series by Paulette Bourgeois. Here, children can enjoy with Franklin and his friends the nature trails, story books and Canadian wildlife such as turtles, bears, rabbits and more. They can also learn about plants and how to care for them.

There are over 50 outdoor rinks available, which means you will have to leave the comfort of your rental car and give it a go. The Natrel Rink at the Harbourfront Centre is a popular rink with views of Lake Ontario to enjoy. Nathan Phillips Square also houses a popular place to ice skate as it is conveniently located outside Toronto City Hall. Of course, both rinks are open during the winter months. Make sure to do your homework about parking your car rental.
