Price Promise Form

VroomVroomVroom offers a special Price Promise to anyone who presents a rental car offer they got for cheaper — along with a $20 gift!

Found a cheaper rental car? we'll beat it and pay you $20!

How?

  • Confirm a booking onVroomVroomVroom.

  • Confirm the same standard ofcar, same provider,pick uplocation, dates, times and rental conditions but cheaper car rental cost elsewhere on the internet.

  • Complete our Price Promise Form within three days of confirming yourVroomVroomVroombooking.

  • Complete your booking withVroomVroomVroomby renting the car and paying the car rental provider.

  • We will pay you the difference in price between yourVroomVroomVroomcar rental booking and the cheaper competing offer, plus $20!

The fine print 

Our Price Promise applies to the total cost of your car rental.Prices for optional extras, like, GPS, car seats and excess reduction insurance are not includedin our quotes and are not subject to our Price Promise.

We will contact customers who qualify for the Price Promise to arrange payment after they have completed theirVroomVroomVroomcar rental booking and paid the car rental provider.

We will make one Price Promise payment to you for one competing offer per completed booking;multiple applications for a Price Promise payment for the same Vroom booking will not be considered.

Our Price Promise applies where yourVroomVroomVroomcar rental booking and the competing offer are:

  • for the same standard of car and same provider;

  • priced in the same currency (without the use of a currency converter);

  • subject to the same rental conditions (including, without limitation, insurance and extras); and

  • tobe pickedup from the samepick uplocation (for example, the Price Promise will not apply if theVroomVroomVroomcar rental booking is forpick upfrom the airport collection desk but the competing offer is for pick up from an off-site airport location).

The competing offer must also be:

  • available online;

  • for a car rentalwhichis tobe paidon completion of your booking when you return the car to the provider, and not a prepaid or packaged car rental (including where itis bundledwith any other goods or services);

  • available to thegeneralpublic and not subject to a special discount code, coupon or number;

  • able tobe foundor recognized by Vroom acting reasonably;

  • available, and not sold out, at the time you fill out the Price Promise Form; and

  • able tobe identifiedby filling out the Price Promise Form.

Price Promise does not apply to RV bookings.
