Important InformationCar rental insurance in Canada
In Canada, for the most part, no additional car insurance coverage is required because renters are often covered by their personal insurance policies. Keep in mind though that this is only applicable for Canadian residents, and if you are visiting Canada from another country, you may notice that the car rental insurance process works differently. To be sure, call your insurance company or your credit card provider and clarify what is included and not.
