    Can I extend my car rental booking?

    If you have not picked up your rental car, you are able to modify your booking by contacting our customer care team. Note that if you change the dates of your rental booking, the price can change. If you're looking to modify your booking, there are several ways to do this. 

    • You will need to contact our customer care team to extend your booking.
    • Reply to the confirmation email with your new travel dates, and our customer care team will assist you.

    Can I extend my rental after I have picked up the vehicle?

    You will need to contact the car rental company directly if you would like to keep the vehicle longer. You will find their contact details listed on your rental agreement. Extending your rental is subject to availability, and therefore it is the car rental company's decision as to whether they can extend the booking. You will be required to pay for the additional time you have kept the vehicle. 


    Extending your rental depends on availability

    If the car rental company has limited availability, you may not be permitted to keep your rental car for longer, and you will need to return it at the time specified on your rental agreement. You will need to contact the depot directly to ask for approval to extend your booking.
