Roedde House Museum

Amidst Vancouver's iconic city of glass buildings lies a hidden gem. Visit the Roedde House Museum for a glimpse of life in the West End over 100 years ago. Designated a class 'A' heritage building, this restored Victorian home was built in 1893 and belonged to the city's first bookbinder. Each room has been faithfully restored to reflect the daily life of a middle class immigrant family at the turn of the twentieth century. The Queen Anne revival style is the fine work of famed architect Francis Rattenbury. They offer tours of the museum every afternoon Tuesday to Friday, and also every Sunday.
